Persebaya Surabaya decided to participate in two different events so that they formed two teams. The first team is the team who compete in the 2010-11 Premier Division led by speaker of the Surabaya Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), Wisnu Whardana.[2][3] The majority of players on this team consists of players who previously registered with newcomer team in the Premier Division of the Persikubar West Kutai. All the players are moved to Persebaya because Persikubar withdrew from the 2010-11 Liga Indonesia Premier Division competition. That's because all the players last season Persebaya were registered as Persebaya 1927 players to play in the 2011 Liga Primer Indonesia season.Note: Flags indicate national team as has been defined under FIFA eligibility rules. Players may hold more than one non-FIFA nationality.
